feat: add proper marketing footer with privacy/terms links
- marketing/components/footer.tsx: multi-column footer with product,
resources, and legal columns — Privacy Policy clearly linked on homepage
(satisfies Google OAuth consent screen requirement)
- Replaces thin single-line footer in layout.tsx
