ECLIPSE THEIA - SCAN OSS AI EXTENSION

Description

Integrates SCANOSS content scanning into the Chat View. Whenever a code listing is rendered, a scan action is offered to the user.

Via the preferences the user can switch between manual and automatic scanning.
